Codex CLI Session

The most-tested Kairn evidence path for terminal users.

The kairn enable workflow is available in the published v0.2 beta. Install usekairn@beta and confirm kairn --version reports 0.2.0-beta.2 or a newer announced v0.2 beta.

Enable Kairn for Codex inside the repository:

kairn enable --agents codex

Then start the Kairn-attached Codex session:

kairn codex

Kairn uses local hooks and a local session ledger to deliver repository evidence without requiring access to Codex's private reasoning loop. It may provide source, a path hint, a request for missing evidence, or nothing when added context would be wasteful.

Codex CLI is the strongest-tested beta integration for long debugging and source-localization work.

Install And Update

Install Kairn once, enable it per repository, inspect changes, and update the gated beta.
